On the lower level of the home, you will find the kitchen with everything necessary for your stay , a bar with high chairs to enjoy a coffee or breakfast, and a living room equipped with a Smart flat-screen TV. If you want to dine in the open air, you'll find your own a terrace, and a dining table in the open air. On the lower level you will also have a guest toilet and a laundry room are private.

The main bathroom and 2 bedrooms are upstairs, and each one has cabinets from the floor to the ceiling to accommodate all your belongings. The main bedroom has a queen size bed while the second bedroom has 2 single beds.

The outdoor space is one of the most special of the house, with an area of private terrace with outdoor table and awning, you can take advantage of the warm weather in lanzarote throughout the year. The house also has a pool that you share with our other 4 rental properties in the complex.

This house is the perfect place for couples and families come to relax and enjoy the charm of Lanzarote. You can drive to any place of the island and explore its beauty.

If you travel to work remotely, this is also the place for you because we have high speed wifi throughout the house.

The whole house is for your private use. The only shared spaces are the swimming pool and the surrounding area. You can park on the property and access to the house with a code that we will give to open the main door without contact.
